Well team Uber has made it, they have entered their first tour as a team and are very excited and carrying high hopes despite a rocky road. Expectations are low, but we are trying to place Zack Traylor into the top 10 on the GC or at least some stage results.
The team manager was worried about entering the tour as he was not sure if his team was ready, but after looking at the profile and noting that most stages are sprint and hill profiles he knew that their Captain would be well suited to the type of race. At 31 years old it may be the first and last tour for Zack Traylor as Captain, but is looking to pass down valuable experience to some of the youngsters on the team.
Uber's trouble is going to be in their leadout train with their best leadout man Percival out with a calf injury. This opened up a spot for new lead out men Mophelkie and Garrett who Zack is grooming as the new captain of Uber. Ubers current leadouts have tons of power in the final 400m of the race but are lacking the experience of Percival in the kms leading up to the final Sprint. The team is hoping to find a team they can hind behind until the final km of the stages and snatch a stage, or two.

Actually if I remember correctly, I think the last hill stage is the most important and a sprinter that is good on the hills will win and will move up on GC. My team was in Giro di Sicilla last season and Brooke Wilbur was out of the top 10 and then he won the last stage and moved in to 3rd on GC. Good luck...
Good luck, you have been longer around then I thought when I looked through your results to see if you didnt eccidentaly participated in a tour before
Thought about it but Weichert was injured at sign up and Traylor has a better shot at the stages rather than the GC.
Thanks though
Weichert might be your best option as a captain. The TT is the most important stage.
You can always decide after the TT offcourse.
